Took me 2 chapters to get into it but once i was i was addicted. Played 1 and 2 bk 2 bk.

Resident Evil meets Silent Hill, Lots of fun!

I completed Akumu on two different versions of this game. Why? Because I hated myself, obviously. It's a bit like jumping through your bedroom window, just to re-enter the house via jumping through the kitchen window, going BACK outside, and running yourself over with your own car, to then having your hot neighbour boot you clean in the sack

This a masterpiece and one of my favourite games of all time its actually scary. Great setting and combat. The only thing is you need dlc to get all the plot. But would still recommend this to any survival horror fan and the sequel is great

Play the game on casual before the harder difficultys. Fun, very creative. Maybe the best survival horror game on the market.

The Evil within was and still is a personal favourite of mines. The game offers a fair but challenging experience the DLC's also offer great insight to those who like a game with a powerful plot aswell as smooth gun trap and strategic crafting packs a punch. Only con im disappointed that isn't even game related is that PC received the latest update for game pass, that console sadly did not get. I see so many people talk both against and for this title but one i see alot of is negativity to its early Resident Evil esc style. People should know before buying this game it was made by the same guy Shinji Mikami. Also people talking about issues on this relating to installation, I would say that it may be an issue with some peoples hardware or network as so few have reported this due to its great rating at the time of writing this.

It would be a lot better if the stupid prick walked a bit faster at the beginning

though its from the same guy who the original Resident Evil series do not compare this to it. it has brand new ideas and a great survival horror game. highly recommend it

This was the very first game I played on my XBONE and without a doubt it was the best one. Even better than any resident evil game.

Beautifully crafted survival horror game. Really sick and twisted, absolutely loved it. It does start to feel more like RE6 towards the end but it was still thrilling pretty much all way through

Very good game, especially if you like early RE games. You can tell its made by the same man as the older ones.
