Its great and all but i think megman has earned the right to get a proper evolution like what capcom has done with resident evil and street fighter........the blue bomber deserves it.

Not as good as x4

I didnt like the double gear system, made it too easy. The game was too dependent on it, every 10 secondds you were slowing time down, made it too fidly with the commands for me. I much preferred the style, story and gameplay in mega man x4. Been a fan of the franchise for 20 years and this isnt a bad game, just dont think its worth £25. To the review below, u have to use the slowdown on most levels, its been designed that way.

Great update to an old franchise please dont be a short sighted nostalgic idiot and try and keep everthing the same 8 & 16 bit megaman just dosnt work today. Controls are tight and responsive visuals are nice and boss battles are fun, the double gear system is a nice twist and overall i just want more. Its a damn sight better then the disappointment that was Mighty No9 i would like to see this treatment done to the MegaMan X series.

ITS A MEGA MAN GAME NOW IF YOU DONT WANT TO SLOW DOWN TIME THEN DONT JUST COZ YOU HAVE A POWER DONT MEAN YOU GOTTA USE IT. PLUS HERES A TIP IF YOU FIND ANY GAME TO EASY THEN PLAY AS IF YOU HAVE ONLY ONE LIFE AND WHEN YOU DIE YOU GOTTA START THE WHOLE GAME FROM THE START THIS WILL ADD HUGE ADRENALINE COZ IF YOUR ON THE LAST LEVEL AND YOU DIE YOU GOTTA DO IT ALL AGAIN!!!! THIS MAKES ANY GAME REALLY HARD AND GIVES YOU A REAL CHALLENGE
